At emafd we have access to 3-D printers which permits us to rapidly create a prototype of your part. Being able to verify your design before investing in an expensive molding tool will allow you to save money and mitigate the risk.  From our part, it is an important capability because it helps our customers to have a “a clear idea” of the final product.  A conceptual picture of the product is better than the description since it is worth 1,000 words, but getting to hold in your hands a tangible plastic replica of your final part leaves no place for any ambiguity.
